Shop Helper / Entry-Level Fabricator We are hiring entry-level candidates for a shop-based role supporting fabrication and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn welding, carpentry, and industrial shop skills while working alongside experienced tradesmen. Ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic who are open to learning and growing into a skilled trade.

Pay & Schedule
$20.00–$22.00/hour based on experience
Monday–Friday, 7: 00 AM –3: 30 PM (unpaid lunch)
Overtime after 8 hours
Saturdays: time and a half
Sundays: double time

Scope of Work
General shop labor and light fabrication (steel & aluminum)
Assist with welding and carpentry tasks (training provided)
Inventory management and staging materials for jobs
Maintain clean and organized warehouse
Operate forklift (experience preferred)
Lift 50–75 lbs regularly
Requirements
Valid driver's license
Previous industrial or construction experience preferred
Willingness to learn welding/fabrication
Ability to work in a shop/warehouse environment
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
