Job Summary:
As an Operational Support Coordinator on the Pricing Frameworks Team, you will facilitate critical operations for product and pricing changes, ensuring smooth execution and coordination across various teams. This role requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects while communicating effectively with stakeholders to eliminate operational barriers. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence in San Jose three days a week, and spans a six-month contract with a potential extension.Key Responsibilities:
- Support SKU and pricing setup for product/offer launches and programs.
- Coordinate operational tasks throughout the product/offer lifecycle.
- Ensure accurate flow of pricing and offer details through downstream quote-to-cash processes.
- Track and report on project milestones and timelines to keep deliverables on schedule.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to confirm requirements and resolve issues.
Must-Have Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in an operational or coordination role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Industry Experience:
Experience in technology or software industry is preferred.
