Job Summary: The Pricing Operations Specialist serves as a shared team resource focusing on Oracle Bill of Materials (BOM)/Configurator management, pricing, and system setup. This role blends technical and business skills, requiring collaboration with pricing, cost accounting, product management, national coding, and IT teams. The Specialist II ensures accurate configurations, item setups, and pricing within the ERP system.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Oracle BOM/Configurator setups.
Review, approve, and implement pricing updates in the ERP system.
Translate product footnotes and configuration rules for accurate ERP implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system accuracy and data consistency.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle BOM/Configurator and pricing setups.
Conduct regular data audits and updates to maintain system integrity and performance.
Support the product management team on Oracle BOM/Configurator functionality and enhancements.
Generate and analyze reports to support pricing accuracy and business decisions.
Collaborate with IT teams on configuration updates and ERP functionality improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance with a strong understanding of cost, revenue, and financial planning.
Minimum 2 years in a pricing or sales support-related position.
Skills and Abilities
Strong understanding of product pricing, ERP setup, and configuration processes.
Proficiency in SQL and database management tools.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Working Conditions
Office-based role with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels.
Work involves primarily sedentary tasks with occasional walking, standing, and lifting light materials (under 10 lbs).
Requires interpreting complex data and preparing accurate reports.
Occasional travel required (10%+).
