Primary Care Nurse Manager

Rome Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager for our Primary Care practice who is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and their families. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced nursing professional who excels in clinical coordination, team management, and patient advocacy.Position OverviewThe Nurse Manager is responsible for assessing, directing, and coordinating patient care and clinical procedures in a timely, efficient, and empathetic manner across all age groups. This role serves as a key patient advocate and health educator while ensuring excellence in care delivery.In addition, the Nurse Manager will oversee daily office and clinical operations, including:Providing administrative and operational support to staffDeveloping and implementing work plans and workflowsSupporting the Director with assigned projects and initiativesEnsuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standardsAssisting with the development and implementation of procedures and best practicesQualificationsGraduate of an accredited School of NursingCurrent New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license requiredBasic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 3 months of hireBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferredPrevious clinical leadership or supervisory experience preferredAbout Rome HealthRome Health is a non-profit healthcare system based in Rome, New York, serving patients throughout Central New York.
