Starting Salary: $125,000+ | Sign-On Bonus Up to $5,000 in First Year
Practice Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Perform wellness visits, physicals, acute visits, and follow-up care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Provide preventive health counseling and patient education
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other members of the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
