Primary Care Opportunity in Pine Bluff, AR

We are recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible primary care physician for an employed, outpatient-only position with a value-based senior care group in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Full-time, onsite, minimal travel.

The practice

• Outpatient primary care exclusively — no inpatient service
• Deliberately small patient panels, built so you have real time with each patient
• Cloud-based EHR
• Full care-team support: medical assistants, care navigators, and RN care management
• Purpose-built neighborhood center serving a Medicare-age population

What we're looking for

• MD or DO
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, non-probationary Arkansas medical license
• Geriatrics fellowship welcome, but not required
• Genuine interest in caring for older adults, patients with multiple comorbidities, and medically underserved communities
