About the Role

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and follow-up care
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Promote preventive care and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses
• Order, interpret, and review diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with applicable regulations
• Develop individualized care plans and coordinate follow-up care
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices
• Maintain complete and accurate electronic medical records
• Participate in on-call coverage as required

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current NCCPA certification
• Active Physician Assistant license or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient relationship-building abilities
• Previous primary care, family medicine, or outpatient experience preferred
