Location: Bakersfield, CA

Start Date: 60-90 days

Position/Type: Permanent Primary Care Physician

Specialty/Setting: Primary Care / Outpatient

Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends)

Call: None

Patient Load:

- Initially 10-12 patients per day to ramp up

- Average of 18-24 patients per day

- RVU Model

- Salary guaranteed for 2 years (Most physicians make more after)

Job Requirements:

- Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM)

Compensation:

- Annual salary between $300,000 and $325,000

- Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus

- Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
