Indiana University Health Physicians is seeking an Internal or Family Medicine physician to join our well-established team in Avon, Indiana.  Our dedicated team works within a collaborative environment that is located across the parking lot from our IU West Hospital.  We take pride in continuing to serve our diverse community with expert and compassionate care. 

Job Description:

• Full Time
  • Flexible Schedule - 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week, Monday thru Friday, no weekends or holidays
  • Large shared call group with a great nurse triage system, call is typically 2-3 weeks a year
• 100% Outpatient; expected volume 70-80 patients a week
• Mostly adult patient population
• Must be comfortable working with Advanced Practice Providers
• Support and collaboration with a pharmacist
• Procedures can include, but not limited to: simple skin procedures, fracture care, joint injections, IUD's
• Opportunity to become involved in medical student and resident education

Qualifications:

• Open to new and practicing physicians
• MD/DO or equivalent education 
• American BE/BC in respective specialty
• Able to obtain IN license
