About the Role
We're seeking a
Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of providers, nurses, behavioral health staff, and medical assistants to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care management for patients.
- Deliver same-day and urgent care services as needed.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and review labs, diagnostics, and consults.
- Support quality improvement and community health initiatives.
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania medical license required.
- DEA license and current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred.
- Community health experience and bilingual in English/Spanish are a plus.
