Full-service practice group, including primary care, pediatrics, women's health, behavior health, dentistry with pharmacy and onsite labs. Currently 4 providers (2 physicians and 2 APPs).  Outpatient clinic (4.5 day schedule with half days Friday), no weekends. Support patients with preventative and chronic care, primarily an underserved population.  Supervise APPs in clinic. Clinical Works EMR.

Requirements:

• BE / BC Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine
• GA Licensed, or eligible
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency desirable

Compensation:

• Guaranteed base (up to $210k)
• Call 1:7, phone consults only
