Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our well-established outpatient clinic in Brooklyn, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients in an outpatient setting
- Conduct routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and preventive care
- Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, specialists, and support staff
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active and unrestricted New York medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $230,000 - $250,000 per year
