We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician in Portage who wants flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and an outpatient practice designed around sustainable patient care.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on preventive medicine, acute care, chronic disease management, and continuity. You’ll have Medical Assistant and referral support so you can spend more of your time practicing medicine.

• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• You enjoy comprehensive outpatient primary care
• You’re comfortable managing acute and chronic conditions

• You hold or can obtain an Indiana medical license

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $230,000–$270,000
• Medical insurance: Employer pays 75%
• Dental & vision: Employer pays approximately 75%
• 160 hours PTO plus 40 hours personal time
• 10 paid holidays
• 5 CME days plus $2,500
• Retirement benefits

• FTCA malpractice coverage
• Relocation assistance considered case-by-case
