You’ll step into a 100% outpatient primary care role focused on providing comprehensive care to seniors managing multiple chronic conditions, including heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension. Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $260,000–$290,000 annually
• Annual performance bonus opportunity up to 20% of base salary
