Essential Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care and chronic disease management
Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic medical conditions
Conduct annual physicals, wellness visits, and health risk assessments
Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and other common illnesses
Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and laboratory results
Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Educate patients on preventive health measures and lifestyle modifications
Qualifications
Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Training: Completion of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Licensure: Active Washington State medical license (or eligibility)
Experience: All experience levels welcome; fresh graduates encouraged to apply

Salary is open to discussion and commensurate with experience
