Location: Riverside, California Compensation: $250,000–$280,000 base + bonus + equity Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM | Minimal call | Weekends off

She Recruits is proud to present an exceptional full-time opportunity for a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to lead a dedicated care team serving medically complex and elderly patients in the Riverside, CA area. This role sits within an integrated, value-based care program that blends clinical excellence with whole-person support, giving physicians the time and tools to truly make a difference.

You'll lead a high-performing clinical team and play a key role in shaping patient outcomes through compassionate, coordinated, and continuous care. Role Overview

• Serve as clinical lead for a multidisciplinary team focused on high-touch care for seniors
• Provide a mix of in-clinic primary care and home-based visits as needed
• Coordinate closely with nursing, behavioral health, social work, and rehab team members
• Focus on continuity and prevention, not volume-based metrics
• Participate in a light call rotation (phone-only), covering only a few evenings or weekends per month

Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Emergency Medicine
• Passionate about providing care for medically complex or elderly populations
• Eligible to treat Medicare/Medi-Cal beneficiaries in California
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
