Mass General Brigham Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our growing Primary Care practice in Rochester, New Hampshire. This is an exceptional opportunity to inherit an established patient panel while practicing in a collaborative, patient-centered environment supported by one of the nation's leading healthcare systems.

What You'll Do

Comprehensive Primary Care

  • Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, wellness exams, and transitional care.
  • Opportunity to develop a pediatric focus while caring for patients across the lifespan.
  • Four clinical days per week
  • No routine provider call; after-hours call is managed through the Mass General Brigham After Hours Call Program

Team-Based Care

  • Work alongside an experienced physician and advanced practice provider
  • Supported by embedded Behavioral Health, Social Work, Care Management, Diabetes Education, Medication Access Coordinators, Virtual Clinical Support, and dedicated RN and MA support.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Eligible for New Hampshire medical licensure (Maine license preferred)
  • Passion for collaborative, patient-centered care

The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
