Description
Primavera P6 Scheduler/Planner role, focused on building and maintaining project schedules in Primavera P6. Typical duties include developing schedules, tracking progress against baselines, doing critical path analysis, reporting schedule risks and delays, and coordinating with project managers and contractors.
Responsibilities
Create and update project schedules in Primavera P6.
Monitor progress, compare actuals to baseline plans, and report variances.
Track progress against milestones, deadlines, and baselines.
Analyze critical path, delays, risks, and schedule changes.
Perform critical path and schedule risk analysis.
Coordinate schedule inputs from engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Prepare look-ahead reports, progress reports, and presentations.
Primavera P6 proficiency.
Project scheduling and planning.
Critical path analysis.
Progress tracking and schedule updates.
Reporting and data analysis.
Communication with project teams and contractors.
Attention to detail.

Knowledge of construction or engineering project workflows.

Qualifications
Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Office.
Background in planning, project controls, construction, or infrastructure is common.
