Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs in medical devices, regulated products, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of released/commercialized products and translating technical, regulatory, quality, and business requirements into executable plans.
• Direct experience managing OEMs, contract manufacturers, or external suppliers.
• Experience managing integrated schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, governance, and executive reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution, accountability, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead independently, manage ambiguity, and influence teams without direct authority.
