Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement AI-driven solutions, ensuring enterprise scalability and security.
- Develop Spec Driven Development workflows for translating specifications into secure implementations.
- Integrate solutions with enterprise systems through APIs and protocols like MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Collaborate with engineering, security, product, and leadership stakeholders to define requirements and evaluate trade-offs.
- Apply sound architecture and systems design practices, ensuring observability and extensibility.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI software engineering and enterprise scalability.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying AI-based solutions with measurable impact.
- Strong programming proficiency in languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Go.
- Experience with modern AI/LLM development, including context engineering and agentic system design.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, API design, and data modeling for scalability.
- Ability to work independently across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Working knowledge of secure development practices and enterprise security compliance.
- Experience applying AI within a security domain (e.g., application security, DevSecOps).
- Familiarity with secure-by-design principles and relevant frameworks (e.g., OWASP).
- Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and LLMOps in production.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
