Summary:

CGS is hiring for a nationwide manufacturing customer seeking a FULL-TIME Principal Functional Analyst, Oracle Source-to-Pay and Enterprise Performance Management to be responsible for the strategic direction, solution delivery, and ongoing optimization of Oracle Fusion S2P and EPM capabilities.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Functional Expertise – Oracle Fusion (Primary: S2P)

• Design end-to-end solutions and systems across the EPM and S2P tracks, including related custom extensions and applications.
• Define business process cycles and associated cross-module, third-party, and external system integrations.
• Develop system solutions using CEMLI (Configurations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, and Integrations).

Business Engagement & Partnership

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes and system requirements while establishing a continuous engagement cadence.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and surveys with diverse business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with business and functional teams to plan and execute UAT, system validation, and production deployments.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements by leveraging standard Oracle functionality whenever possible and developing effective functional solutions.
• Provide operational governance for tracking, reporting, prioritizing, and delivering business enhancements, wish-list items, and backlog initiatives.
• Maintain appropriate documentation while supporting compliance and data governance standards.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations within the manufacturing industry preferred, with at least two full-cycle implementations spanning EPM and S2P required.
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications and implementations, with a strong understanding of platform functionality, cross-functional integrations, and end-to-end business process cycles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications preferred; Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 experience required.
• Experience supporting Oracle EPM solutions, including FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, MDM, and related reporting solutions.
• Advanced hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion applications, including solution design, techno-functional configuration, deployment, and ongoing production support.
• Oracle Cloud certification in Payables, Procurement, or Oracle EPM is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills

• Advanced expertise in Oracle Fusion Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, including solution design, configuration, implementation, integration, and production support.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion S2P processes and modules, including Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and General Ledger.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM capabilities, including FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, Master Data Management (MDM), and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion configuration, workflows, approvals, security, master data, financial controls, and platform administration.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, and third-party integrations, including data migration, conversion, mapping, and transformation activities.
• Experience with Oracle reporting and analytics tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Working knowledge of Oracle development and integration technologies, including PL/SQL, VBCS, Redwood UI, APIs, and automation tools.
