Job Description
Role Responsibilities
- End-to-End Billing Implementation: Manage full life-cycle roll-outs of billing modules, supporting diverse payment/collection types (ACH, Paper check, Credit card) and integrated downstream SAP systems.
- Futuristic Payment Innovations: Drive cutting-edge capabilities, including e-wallet integration and end-to-end payment automation initiatives.
- Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for enterprise-wide billing initiatives, balancing business strategy with technology and customer experience.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Act as the primary bridge between business sponsors, product owners (DPOs), Client, programming teams, and QA; lead workshops to resolve complex technical and business problems.
- Agile & Rapid Prototyping: Deliver quick wins through Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and Minimum Testable Products, rapidly turning features into scalable digital products.
- API & Real-Time Integration: Handle and manage real-time communication integrations and complex APIs during module rollouts.
- Solution Evaluation & Problem Solving: Assess multiple technology options to select the most optimal solutions for complex customer and business challenges.
