At our core, we are deeply customer-obsessed, relentlessly focused on solving our customers' most important problems, and tenaciously delivering profound benefits that help them prosper.

About the Team:

To predict the future, we must create it-and at Intuit, that's exactly what we're doing.

The CEO Transformation Office is a newly formed, high-impact organization. Its mission is to mobilize the company around what matters most, shape the market, and accelerate Intuit's transformation into the world's leading global financial platform and system of intelligence.

This team sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, creativity, and execution. We bring together communications, creative, narrative development, and flagship events and experiences under one unified organization to ensure Intuit shows up with clarity, consistency, and conviction-internally and externally. From customers and prospects to media and investors, we shape how Intuit's vision comes to life in the world.

At the heart of our work is a bold future: surrounding customers with a virtual team of AI agents and human intelligence that does the work for them and powers their prosperity. To deliver on that promise, we operate with a high say/do ratio, a bias for action, and an uncompromising focus on impact. We don't just tell the story-we help drive the outcomes.

Joining the CEO Transformation Office means working on the company's most visible, mission-critical initiatives, partnering with senior leaders across the business, and helping define how Intuit's strategy is experienced by the world. This is a team for builders, storytellers, and operators who want to shape the future-not react to it.

Responsibilities

Intuit is seeking a Principal Creative Lead to drive art direction for video and social creative, shaping how our company narrative is felt, watched, and shared across the globe. In this high-level individual contributor role, you will be an artistic visionary behind high-stakes company moments including launch films, partnership announcements and ongoing social posting.

You will collaborate deeply with our multi-disciplinary team of creatives, PR/Communications partners, and executive leadership to transform complex platform announcements into compelling, culturally resonant creative expressions. Sitting on the extended leadership staff for our creative organization, you will operate with the highest level of craft, leading through scale and cross-functional influence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social & Video: Set the art direction for videos and social assets. Define the look, feel, and tone of content that positions Intuit as an innovative technology platform and leader in the era of AI.

  • High-Impact Platform and Partnership Announcements: Lead the creative art direction for major platform release moments, corporate partnerships, and high-stakes press/PR moments, ensuring they are visually arresting and highly shareable.

  • Conceptual Development: Partner closely with our internal team of filmmakers to concept and storyboard the visual expression of high-concept video assets.

  • Executive Storytelling: Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the visual direction of executive social channels and design immersive graphic and video elements for flagship internal and external communications.

  • Hands-on design: You don't just set direction; you'll roll your sleeves up and design a high volume of social assets and other creative deliverables. In this role, you'll get to balance projects where you're leading the visual direction and others where you're creating the work yourself.

Creative Influence & Scale

  • Extended Creative Leadership: Sit on the extended leadership staff, actively contributing to the organization's creative culture, operational strategy, and long-term vision.

  • Design Excellence at Scale: Act as a key conceptual partner. Maintain and model an uncompromising bar for quality, taste, and contemporary design trends, raising the caliber of all creative workstreams.

  • Influential Presenter: Confidently pitch, defend, and articulate strategic art direction concepts to senior executive stakeholders, turning business strategy into emotive creative directions.

  • Mentorship: Act as an inspirational force and mentor to senior designers across the wider creative team, fostering a culture of curiosity and creative excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience in art direction and creative execution, with a heavy emphasis on video development and social-first campaigns, representing top-tier creative agencies or modern in-house brands.

  • Portfolio of Impact: A stunning portfolio showcasing elite art direction across diverse mediums-specifically high-performing social campaigns, cinematic brand films, and experiential motion design.

  • Production Literacy: Deep understanding of the end-to-end video production process, including pre-visualization, on-set art direction, and post-production (editing, motion graphics, and color grading).
