In partnership with the Manager and Executive Development Team and HR Business Partners, you will lead organizational and team diagnostics, identify interventions, establish key success metrics and goals, design and deliver solutions, maintain senior stakeholder relationships, manage relationships with external consultants and vendors, partner with internal subject matter experts, HRBPs, and key stakeholders, establish communication and scaling plans, and iterate on experiences based on customer feedback. As a Senior Team Performance Partner, you will be responsible for designing, launching, improving, and scaling team development experiences for critical executive teams.
