What You Will Do
Lead the product design and UI/UX initiatives, crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement design strategies that align with user needs and business goals.
Utilize Figma and AI tools to create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems that enhance user experiences.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs effectively.
Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.
Analyze design metrics to measure the impact of design decisions on user engagement and satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Background
5–15 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
Proficiency in Figma, with experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows.
Demonstrated ability to lead design projects from concept through execution, with a focus on user-centered design principles.
Strong communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience in the consumer technology space, particularly in applications or services that prioritize user engagement.
Familiarity with design systems and the ability to contribute to their development and maintenance.
A background in conducting user research and applying findings to design improvements.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role ranges from $200K to $250K, complemented by meaningful stock options. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of consumer interactions while working in a dynamic and innovative environment.
