What You Can Expect
• Key stakeholder in the annual operating plan and long-range planning process across all business units • Drive monthly and quarterly rolling forecast cycles, ensuring accuracy and business alignment • Partner with business unit and support FP&A teams to consolidate enterprise P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow projections • Develop and maintain financial models that support scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and risk assessment • Prepare and present quarterly earnings packages, and board materials • Translate complex financial data into clear, concise narratives for the CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors • Design and maintain executive dashboards and KPI scorecards that track performance against plan • Act as a trusted financial advisor to functional leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations • Partner with Accounting on close processes to ensure plan-to-actuals accuracy and variance resolution • Champion automation and standardization initiatives to reduce cycle time and improve analytical capacity • Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration
What Were Looking For
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance/Accounting or related fields and 10+ years of related professional experience • Specifically, 8-10 years of experience in high growth technology company with FP&A, Corporate Finance or BU Finance • Semiconductor industry experience preferred, strong communication, critical thinking, collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with various organizations at all levels • High energy and attention to detail, problem solving approach and ability to deliver results • Exceptional analytical skills with demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Ability to work with incomplete information and deal with varying levels of ambiguity to provide insight from large data sets • Skilled at summarizing data for management reporting, experience with Oracle / OneStream / BI a plus
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
The successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
