Job Description
Principal Financial Ecosystem ArchitectResponsibilities- Provide strategic architectural guidance for financial services and digital ecosystem initiatives.
- Assess ecosystem architectures, operating models, governance frameworks, and API interoperability.
- Evaluate digital identity, authentication, trust frameworks, accreditation models, and participant onboarding processes.
- Identify architectural risks, gaps, security concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and technical teams to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare architectural assessments, recommendations, and briefing materials.
Required Qualifications- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of enterprise architecture experience in complex technology or financial services environments.
- Experience with financial ecosystems, API architectures, interoperability, digital identity, and trust frameworks.
- Knowledge of accreditation processes, governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and architectural assessment skills.
- Experience with Financial-grade APIs (FAPI), API security, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, mTLS, PKI, certificate management, and Microsoft Azure.
