Principal Manufacturing Technology Lead- MSP

The Principal Manufacturing Technology Lead serves as the senior technical authority for manufacturing technologies within Mars Snacking North America. Reporting to the Director, NA DT & D&A, Digital Manufacturing Business Partner, this role provides technical leadership, architecture governance, technology evaluation, solution oversight, and delivery guidance across SAP, MES, Operational Technology (OT), Connected Worker, Digital Twin, Industrial Networks, Asset Management, Analytics, Automation, and emerging technologies. The role partners closely with the Director, Digital Manufacturing Business Partner, who retains accountability for business strategy, investment prioritization, roadmap ownership, funding decisions, and value realization. The Principal Manufacturing Technology Lead is responsible for evaluating technology options, conducting technical due diligence, assessing solution feasibility, governing architecture standards, identifying technical risks, and providing recommendations that support approved business priorities. This position serves as a trusted technical advisor to Internal Manufacturing, External Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Digital Technology teams, ensuring manufacturing technology solutions are scalable, secure, supportable, and aligned with enterprise standards while enabling successful project delivery and operational excellence.
