Job Summary (List Format):
- Serves as the senior technical authority for manufacturing technologies within Mars Snacking North America.
- Provides technical leadership and guidance across SAP, MES, Operational Technology (OT), Connected Worker, Digital Twin, Industrial Networks, Asset Management, Analytics, Automation, and emerging technologies.
- Oversees architecture governance, technology evaluation, solution oversight, and delivery guidance for manufacturing systems.
- Evaluates technology options and conducts technical due diligence to assess feasibility and alignment with business priorities.
- Governs manufacturing technology architecture standards and identifies technical risks.
- Provides recommendations to support business strategy and roadmap set by the Director, Digital Manufacturing Business Partner.
- Partners closely with cross-functional teams including Internal/External Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Digital Technology.
- Ensures manufacturing technology solutions are scalable, secure, supportable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Acts as a trusted technical advisor to support successful project delivery and operational excellence.
- Supports the adoption of new and emerging technologies to advance manufacturing capabilities.
