Principal Marketing Project Manager

Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Principal Marketing Project Manager in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Spring, TX. Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for commercial media campaigns, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, approvals, dependencies, and launch requirements are achieved on schedule
• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, trackers, dashboards, status reports, and communication frameworks
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across marketing, media, creative, category, retail, alliance, analytics, legal, finance, and agency teams
• Manage campaign intake, briefing, planning, execution, review, approvals, launch readiness, and post-launch tracking activities
• Establish and manage campaign governance, including ownership models, approval workflows, escalation paths, and decision checkpoints
• Serve as the subject matter expert for alliance-driven marketing execution, with strong understanding of Microsoft, Intel, and AMD alliance processes, funding requirements, approval workflows, and co-marketing compliance requirements
• Manage all alliance-related tracking requirements, including partner IDs, project IDs, Creative approvals, UX approvals, and associated documentation
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, resource constraints, and process gaps before they impact launch timelines
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, project reviews, working sessions, and executive status updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field
• PMP, Agile, PROSCI, or related certification preferred
• 8+ years of experience managing complex marketing programs, integrated campaigns, media operations, or large-scale cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated experience operating at a Senior or Principal Project Manager level
• Proven success managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Experience with alliance marketing and partner-funded programs, preferably with Microsoft, Intel, and AMD
• Experience developing scalable operating models, governance structures, playbooks, and process improvements
• Strong background working with agencies, creative teams, media teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership
• Technology industry experience is highly preferred
