Round Rock ISD is seeking an experienced, student-centered instructional leader to serve as the next Principal of McNeil High School.

McNeil is a high-performing campus with a 94% A rating and 5 of 7 TEA distinctions, strong Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs, and an International Baccalaureate (IB) program.

Entry Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree from an accredited college or university in educational administration or a directly related field.
• Certification: Texas Principal Certification, One-Year Texas Principal Certification, or Texas Mid-Management Certification.
• Experience: Experience as an assistant principal, associate principal, principal, or experience commensurate with campus/department leadership.
