Job Summary

Apps and workloads run everywhere-across cloud and on-premises-and securing that hybrid mesh consistently is one of the biggest challenges in cybersecurity. It's also where we win. Palo Alto Networks is the market share leader in virtual firewalls, and as enterprises go all-in on AI, our software firewalls are what keep those workloads and traffic secure. Joining as an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will serve as our Principal Product Marketing Manager for Cloud Network Security to drive one of the fastest-growing businesses at the company, expanding double digits year-over-year. In this role, you will own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for the Software Firewall portfolio in close partnership with Product and Sales.

In this role, you will:

• Own the market-leading narrative for software firewalls, building the vision, value proposition, and messaging with Product Management that resonates with your target buyer personas.

• Turn technical capabilities into clear differentiators that extend our lead against cloud-native and point solutions, for both technical and executive buyers.

• Create the content that powers demand and enablement: datasheets, whitepapers, blogs, presentations, and campaigns.

• Define and drive go-to-market strategy for new launches and campaigns, in partnership with cross-functional marketing.

• Serve as an external thought leader for the portfolio, from speaking engagements to industry events.

• Educate and energize our Sales, GTM, and field marketing teams on the customer and business value of what we build.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product marketing. Cybersecurity and cloud networking experience is a strong plus.

• A proven track record leading company and solution-wide launches, from crafting messaging, content, and initiatives to tracking progress and measuring results.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including building webinars and delivering presentations to customers and at events.

• A collaborative operator who thrives working across product, sales, and field teams.

• A career-long commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
