What You Will Do
Design and implement scalable applications using Python and FastAPI, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Lead the development and deployment of microservices on Kubernetes, optimizing for cloud environments such as AWS and GCP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, enhancing user experience with React and TypeScript.
Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Utilize best practices in cloud architecture to ensure robust and secure application infrastructure.
Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Background
10–15 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend development.
Proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI for building RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.
Familiarity with cloud services, specifically AWS and GCP, and a solid understanding of cloud architecture principles.
Strong front-end development skills using React and TypeScript.
Preferred
Experience in AI or machine learning applications, contributing to innovative product development.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes.
Previous experience in a startup environment, adapting to fast-paced and dynamic work settings.
Compensation and Benefits
