Position: Principal Solution Architect Location: Eagan, Minnesota hybrid preferred
Duration: 12 Months We are looking for a senior architect who can work closely with our delivery teams to design end-to-end solutions and provide hands-on architectural leadership. Key responsibilities include:
- Design end-to-end solution architectures that meet functional, non-functional, and business requirements.
- Define application, integration, data, and infrastructure architecture for new initiatives and enhancements.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, cloud strategies, and security requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, architecture patterns, and frameworks that support scalability and maintainability.
- Develop architectural blueprints that translate business and technical requirements into implementable solutions.
- Support architecture reviews and provide guidance to delivery teams on solution design, data design, integration, and reusable patterns.
- Help teams apply cloud architecture and migration strategies, with a strong focus on AWS.
Preferred background:- 7+ years of relevant IT/architecture experience.
- Strong enterprise and solution architecture experience across application, integration, data, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
- AWS architecture experience: AWS Solution Architect certification is preferred.
- Experience working directly with engineering and delivery teams to move solutions from design through implementation.
- Healthcare and/or health insurance experience.
