Principal Systems Engineer

Client is looking for Principal Systems and Integration Engineer (SEandl), providing enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support to an operational government customer within the Intelligence Community. This position manages moderately sized projects or processes with minimal oversight and provides measurable input to new products, processes, or standards in operational plans to implement customer integrations and/or objectives. The position works in a SCIF environment with flexible work hours to accommodate workilife balance practices. What will you do Perform project management/project leadership tasks collaborating with a multitude of customer and other contractor teams Provide Mission Protection knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA) to assigned projects, the enterprise, and to other entities as directed by the customer. Serve as an advisor on mission resiliency topics and capabilities Problems and issues faced can fluctuate and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem and determine the appropriate resolution. Lead interactions and support multiple missions to include the initialization of new missions
