    As a Principal Technical Program Manager for Amazon Sponsored Agent team, you will drive the execution of complex, cross-functional programs at the intersection of generative AI and advertising.

    This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of conversational commerce and advertising. You will manage the team"s program roadmap and drive alignment with partner business, engineering, and science teams across Amazon on high profile projects that create new experiences for shoppers and advertisers. You will be instrumental in initiating greenfield programs and driving their development through all stages from inception to deployment.

    Our ideal candidate will be highly self-driven, have excellent communication skills, possess a strong technical background focused on problem solving and system design, and track record of driving cross-organizational projects from ground up.     Key job responsibilities

    • Define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across engineering, science, product, and business teams ensuring alignment and on-time delivery for high-visibility launches
    • Identify and resolve technical and operational blockers across partner teams, driving decisions with the right stakeholders
    • Partner with engineering and science leads to translate technical architecture decisions into program plans, and ensure technical choices align with business and product goals
    • Represent program status and risks in senior leadership reviews, synthesizing complex cross-team dependencies into clear narratives for VP and SVP audiences
    • Initiate and structure greenfield programs at the intersection of generative AI and advertising, establishing the frameworks and processes needed to scale new initiatives
    • Collaborate with legal, policy, and trust teams to ensure new ad formats meet compliance and launch readiness requirements across all markets and surfaces"
