Job Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead program execution and manage stakeholders and dependencies for our uLED backplane silicon programs, spanning from early development to high-volume manufacturing. As a Display Silicon TPM, you will act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and execution. This role involves close collaboration with display silicon architects, test and product engineering, sourcing teams, and external vendors to deliver cutting-edge silicon for Meta's AR and smart glasses.
Responsibilities:
- Internal Cross-Functional Coordination: Organize recurring meetings and program reviews to align uLED, test, packaging, and sourcing teams. Track decisions, identify dependencies and risks, and resolve gaps proactively.
- External Vendor Interface Management: Conduct regular meetings and program reviews with external foundry and silicon vendor partners. Drive vendors to meet Meta-specified requirements, maintain integrated schedules, and address misalignments early.
- Program Tracking and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive trackers for program status across internal and external workstreams. Provide milestone updates and decision items for leadership and stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Maintain a risk register covering technical execution, vendor delivery, IP concerns, and schedule risks. Develop mitigation plans with clear ownership and resolution timelines. Summarize risks for leadership updates.
Qualifications:- 1-3 years of experience as a technical program manager or equivalent project management experience in a hardware or silicon development environment.
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to coordinate execution across multiple engineering teams and translate high-level commitments into actionable schedules with clear ownership and deadlines.
- Experience working with external vendors, contract manufacturers, or foundries.
- Familiarity with hardware development phases, including prototype, qualification, and mass production.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting program status and risks to engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions from incomplete information and follow through on action items across multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting requirements and tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience supporting semiconductor programs across foundry, OSAT, or silicon vendor interfaces.
- Familiarity with display silicon, uLED, or related electro-optical technologies.
- Experience managing programs with multiple external vendors.
- Experience working across time zones with international foundry, OSAT, or vendor partners.
- Proficiency in program tracking and milestone reporting tools such as Smartsheet or Jira.
- Experience translating engineering status and risks into briefings for sourcing and engineering leadership.
- Experience supporting consumer device programs from prototype validation through mass production.

Pay Range: $60- $70/hr on W2
