We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Technical Program Manager to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, international e-commerce environment.
This role involves defining and executing strategies, managing dependencies across engineering, product, and business teams, and driving clarity in ambiguous situations. The TPM will own program delivery, build strong relationships across global teams, and balance strategic and tactical needs, all while maintaining technical understanding and strong communication.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience in technical program management, hands-on engineering familiarity, expertise in agile methodologies, and experience working with distributed teams. The role requires a self-starter with excellent organization, clear communication, and the ability to navigate complex technical and business landscapes.
Hybrid work is required 2x/week in Hoboken, NJ. Compensation ranges from $160k to $200k. We value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
