Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).
Echodyne is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager with experience leading supplier-driven hardware and technology integration programs to join our Program Management Office (PMO).
ROLE OVERVIEW
You'll play a critical role in the development and maturation of custom, made-to-specification assemblies, components, and technologies that support the company's long-term product roadmap. This role bridges engineering, operations, sourcing, and external partners to deliver next-generation radar and sensing platforms.
You will lead strategic initiatives involving early-stage R&D, supplier development, and process optimization-often running in parallel with or ahead of standard product programs. The ideal candidate brings a systems mindset, deep technical fluency, and a strong background in managing complex cross-functional efforts with both internal and external teams.
