How would you approach your first 90 days as the Technical Program Manager for the Technology & Operating Model workstream to re-establish program structure, stabilize execution, and mature the workstream from a start-up model to a scalable agile operating model? In your response, please describe how you would partner with the AI and Automation product team, the Enterprise Program Manager, Workforce Activation, Oversight & Risk Management, VP and Executive Leadership, technical SMEs, and architecture partners.

Please include specific examples that demonstrate how you have led through ambiguity, influenced cross- functional teams without direct authority, aligned senior stakeholders, and restored structure to a complex program.

Also describe the technical and program management capabilities you would bring to this role, including your approach to agile delivery, dependency management, governance alignment, value tracking, risk management, and implementing and scaling an agentic and reference architecture for enterprise execution.

Breakdown of Duties/Typical Day: Being able to take the enterpirse level and speak to it from a technology perspective. creating operating models, take concepts from meetings and speak to how it could be implemented but also governed and managed. What would be the business operating model that would work or the ROI of the new tools and solutions. Be able to talk to technologists and be able to be a SME to drop it down to a third grade level. Think about the way to stand up the people around the tool.

Description:
" Serve as technical coordination point for projects and initiatives of enterprise-level scale such as enterprise-wide mandate compliance and large-scale platform changes.
" Leads teams in managing and/or facilitating the delivery and implementation of project/program scope.
" Manage multiple projects that are part of an enterprise portfolio or a program.
" Ensures alignment with strategic direction and goals.
" Creates portfolio/project status reports for executive level representation.
" Frequently leads other team members on complex projects.
" Develops a plan for identifying, engaging, and communicating with stakeholders to set consistent expectations .

Hiring Requirements
" Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
" 8+ years of experience in related field.
" In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.
