Pay Range: $20 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Operate high-volume copy machines and perform binding and finishing work.
- Utilize image handling software and operate MS Office and email systems.
- Ensure convenience copiers are functioning properly through daily inspections and maintenance.
- Maintain records for management reports and inventory of supplies needed.
- Distribute office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail to personnel as required.
- Respond to and coordinate all service calls required by customers.
- Deliver completed jobs to designated customer locations.
- Perform duties related to the shipping and receiving of materials.
- Uphold safety standards while handling equipment and materials.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Previous experience in copy jobs or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and copier equipment repair.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
