About the Role: Print Machine Operators are critical to driving output and maintaining premium product quality at our Louisville manufacturing facility. Working directly on the plant floor, you will be responsible for setting up, calibrating, and running digital printing machinery, managing ink and substrate feed systems, and conducting real-time quality inspections to ensure all printed metal poster art meets exact specifications.

Essential Job Functions & Duty Disclosure:
Physical Demands: Constant standing, walking, bending, stooping, and repetitive hand/wrist movements throughout an 8- to 12-hour shift. Must be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment: Active manufacturing environment with exposure to print machinery, UV/digital inks, cleaning solvents, moving mechanical parts, and moderate noise. Required PPE includes safety glasses and non-slip, closed-toe shoes.
