Are you ready to grow your leadership skills in a hands-on supervisory role?

We're looking for a Print Mailroom Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 15-20 employees in a fast-paced, high-volume mailroom operation. You'll oversee daily workflow, coach employees, monitor productivity, and help ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of 15-20 employees.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and employee activity.
• Coach employees and address performance issues when needed.
• Process time sheets and payroll.
• Help plan projects and manage daily workloads.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members.
• Troubleshoot issues and help the team meet deadlines.
• Maintain an organized workroom.
• Work hands-on alongside the team when needed.
• Coordinate workflow and personnel across different shifts.

What You Bring

• 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Computer and Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
• Management or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a GED or equivalent at minimum.
• Must successfully complete a background check.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $36,480 - $45,600.
