Print Press Operator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Print Press Operator to join our dynamic team in Chanhassen, MN. As a Print Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring high-quality printing while maintaining efficiency and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of printing presses, including digital and offset presses.
• Review job orders to determine printing specifications and requirements.
• Monitor press operations to ensure quality control and adherence to production timelines.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
• Adjust ink and color settings to achieve desired print quality.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols.
• Document production data and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Print Press Operator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and equipment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for job tracking and reporting.
