Job Description

Pay Range: $28.00hr - $32.00hr

Job Overview:

Our organization is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Support Technician to join the IT team. This mid-level role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving issues related to print services, and ensuring optimal IT service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and support. The role will support the organization's print service offering. Previous experience and knowledge of printers is preferred. The ideal candidate will have help desk ticket handling experience as well as print environment knowledge.

Skills Required:

  • Microsoft 365.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and detail oriented.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience utilizing ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent) to track and document support requests.
  • Commitment to delivering high quality end user support and customer service.
  • Experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Knowledge of IT systems.
  • Knowledge of print services environment.
