Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and Konica Minolta-certified Copier Technician to service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Konica Minolta multifunction copiers and production print equipment throughout the New York and New Jersey area, including Brooklyn.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Konica Minolta office MFPs and production machines, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Konica Minolta copiers, multifunction printers (MFPs), and production print machines.
- Perform preventive maintenance, scheduled servicing, and equipment installations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, imaging, paper-feed, and print-quality issues.
- Service production equipment and related finishing accessories.
- Install and configure equipment, drivers, network settings, and scanning functions as needed.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate professionally with customers.
- Travel to customer locations throughout NY and NJ, including Brooklyn.

Qualifications
- Current Konica Minolta certification for applicable copier and production print equipment.
- Proven hands-on experience servicing Konica Minolta office MFPs and production machines.
- Strong diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the NY/NJ area and into Brooklyn.
- Professional customer service and communication skills.
