About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Printer Operator to join our manufacturing team in Gardena, CA. In this role, you will operate printing equipment, ensure quality standards, and support efficient production processes in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, safety adherence, and the ability to manage print jobs effectively are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate printing machinery to produce printed materials according to specifications
• Monitor printing processes to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain, clean, and perform routine checks on printing equipment
• Follow safety and operational procedures during shift operations
• Manage print jobs, load materials, and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Maintain accurate records of print runs and operational logs
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of print orders
• Assist with inventory of printing supplies and materials
• Follow work instructions and quality standards for print production
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the print area
• Meet productivity and quality targets for Shift A

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
• Experience operating printing equipment or machinery
• Ability to work during Shift A hours
• Basic understanding of safety protocols related to printing and manufacturing environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production setting
