Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM (4-day workweek!)

FM Expressions is looking for a motivated Printing Press Assistant to join our team! This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for individuals who enjoy active work and being part of a production team.

About the Role:

As a Printing Press Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Printing Press Operators to ensure smooth production runs. You will help set up printing equipment, prepare screens, manage materials, and assist in maintaining the overall quality of printed products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up printing presses and preparing materials according to job requirements.

• Prepare and adjust printing screens, mix inks, and manage ink flow.

• Load and feed paper into the press, ensuring consistent operation.

• Inspect prints during production and remove defective sheets.

• Stack and organize finished printed materials neatly for the next process.

• Communicate quality issues directly to the Press Operator.

• Keep the work area clean and organized by following 6S procedures.

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently, following all company guidelines.

• Perform other tasks as needed in support of production goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to follow instructions and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable with bending, twisting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with fine materials and small print.

• Professional, respectful communication with team members.
