Summary The Printing Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of presses to produce printed materials. This includes inking the presses, loading paper, and adjusting the presses to the paper size. The operator adjusts the ink flow on the ink rollers and configures, monitors, and fine-tunes the printing process using a control panel or computer monitor. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Qualifications: Education – High School Diploma or GED Experience – One year in a manufacturing environment, paper industry preferred / One year as a print/press equipment operator. Skills – Basic computer skills. Basic Math skills. Mechanical aptitude. Ability to function independently. Must be ability to read, write and speak English. Good oral and written communication skills.
