Job Description
Job Title: Privacy & Business Analyst
Location: Dublin, CA – Onsite/Local Preferred
Duration: 3+ Months (Extension Possible)
Rate: $65/hr C2C / $58/hr W2
Key Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Privacy Consulting
- Strong experience with Privacy, Consent, Preference Management, and DSAR
- Experience leading discovery workshops for consent, privacy, DSAR, and communication use cases
- Ability to define consent taxonomy, purposes, channels, preferences, statuses, sources, and precedence
- Experience documenting current and target-state processes
- Strong experience translating privacy requirements into business rules
- Experience with DSAR intake, verification, discovery, fulfillment, deletion, correction, and opt-out
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, and traceability
- Experience supporting UAT and business sign-off
- OneTrust, Ketch, or similar CPMP experience is preferred
- Retail, consumer, loyalty, marketing, customer-data, or regulated enterprise experience is a plus
